Carefully executed, attention-grabbing dishes elevate the menu from the usual Green Bay fare. Our favorite entrées include walnut-crusted rack of lamb topped with a smidgen of mint cream and blackened chicken ravioli napped in a tomato-onion cream sauce. Seafood lovers should try grilled halibut in a grapefruit beurre blanc or roasted crab-stuffed salmon. On Friday and Saturday nights, a pianist livens up the atmosphere with a collection of big band tunes.
