| Chennai Garden is one of Curry Hill’s nicer spots with its sleekly designed sage green room and an inexpensive lunch buffet. Our favorite dishes include the paper masala dosi (crêpe filled with spicy onion mashed potato) or the mushroom uthappam (pancake topped with mushrooms and cilantro). Combination dinner prices start at $15. If there’s one drawback, it’s trying to choose between the numerous kosher-vegetarian selections of good curries, dosas and other Chennai specialties. |
