If you like crab meat, Chesterfield's is your place. Crab here comes every which way, from the Cajun seafood gumbo to a luscious crab stack salad layered with asparagus and avocado to sautéed mushrooms with crab meat and crawfish. Moving away from crab for a moment, we also like such main courses as Parmesan-crusted chicken breast, London broil, veal piccata, red fish Pontchartrain, rainbow trout almandine and more. Simpler tastes will enjoy the burger and pastas. Grilled salmon and rainbow trout are also good bets. Chesterfield's attracts a more mature following for a classic lunch downtown.
