 Chef Cheyne Morrisby's intimate restaurant in central Cape Town only accommodates less than two dozen people in the dining room. Breakfast and lunch are offered during the day, but dinner service is available by private booking only and offers guests an up-close-and-personal view of the kitchen in action. Morrisby's menu can vary according to clients' tastes, but sample dishes can range from grilled lamb chops with Thai style pesto to duck with honey-ginger reduction, caramelized mango and baby bok choy.
