THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Chez Antoine Restaurant Review:

Sometimes it seems Adams Morgan holds all the best culinary secrets---from funky diners to hole-in-the-wall eateries that feature French crêpes, made fresh by a master French chef who has figured out how to turn the lowly pancake into something towering with flavor and bursting with unusual ingredients. His dessert crêpes may not seem so remarkable, but just wait until you try the savory ones: the Mediterranée with tomato sauce, squash and oven-dried tomatoes; the Parisienne with ham, Swiss cheese, and eggs; and the Antoine's with chicken, goat cheese, Swiss cheese, oven-dried tomatoes and grilled veggies, among others. Outrageous and filling, these crêpes may lead you to sample the sweet crêpes, or you may want simply skip on to the home-made ice cream in honey, nutella, basil or mint green tea flavors, among others. Want something heftier for your main meal? The chef offers chicken entrées, a hamburger served on a baguette and a vegetarian platter, or you can get your choice of various sandwiches, including the French croque-monsieur with béchamel. Delicious, all of it.
