 Chez Betty Restaurant Review: The décor here is simple, with country cottage accents and understated colors. The cuisine, on the other hand, is worldly and elegant, though never pretentious. Contemporary American and continental dishes are prepared with care and finesse. Warm your body and soul with one of Chez Betty's soups, like purée of roast garlic, then move on to a starter such as the braised Kurobuta pork belly lettuce cups or warm spinach salad. Entrées include semolina-crusted barramundi and the house specialty, rack of New Zealand lamb marinated in garlic and herbs. A four-course tasting menu is also available each night. |
