Chez Colette's Restaurant Review:

The limited menu at Chez Colette’s fits the snugness of this small, corner-of-the-strip-mall restaurant. A draw with area workers for lunch, the offerings have been expanded to include a range of French brasserie staples. Lunch crêpes are served with a petite spring leaf salad and crusty French bread; fillings can include chicken and chives or vegetables. Dinner appetizers include pâté and escargots, while entrées, in addition to crêpes, feature Ellen’s Chicken Paillard (pounded chicken breast with thyme and parsley) or duck leg confit served with potatoes. The wine list is short and fully French, but some familiar labels are present. Dessert highlights a bevy of French pastries homemade daily --- and more crêpes.
