Chez l'Ahumat Restaurant Review:
Located on a little street in the center of town, this restaurant has two dining rooms, one of which is more intimate than the other. The owner likes to tease his customers before serving them with great professionalism, and they appreciate the cuisine with a country accent. We tried a salad of white asparagus and house-smoked salmon, luscious flambéed scampi, and a delicious caramel ice cream. A well-stocked cellar.
