Head chef Olivier Nouet, a native of Brittany, not only honed his skills in Paris but also attended a French school of crêperie. The selection of 35 crêpes includes savory and sweet choices like coq au vin, ham and cheese, Americana favorites like a burrito-style bean and guacamole stuffing and fresh fruit-filled varieties. The menu also includes soups, salads and childrens items. While the crêpes are a must-eat, if youre a French onion soup fan, dont miss Oliviers Vidalia onion version.
