Refurbished, softened, fortified by new chef Scott Conant, and re-named (it was the awkward Zona del Chianti), this is now a real attraction for food and drink. There’s a menu of mighty martinis, and chef Conant’s creative yet focused Italian dishes. Pastas, game and seafood are standouts.
