Chicago on a Bun Restaurant Review: Formerly called DiCrescenzo’s, this casual spot has Chicago-style sandwiches as their claim to fame; portions are large, the meat is juicy and the flavors are spot on. Grab a seat in the small, memorabilia-strewn dining room or dine al fresco at one of the sidewalk tables. We like the spicy pickled veggies that top the Italian beef, the hearty homemade sausages and the gooey deep-dish pizzas. In Rancho Bernardo, it doesn’t get any better than this for casual fare. |
