: Popular with locals since 1991, Chicago's Steak, Seafood & Pasta has a new owner, Mark Zwolak, and a new chef, Spencer Vinson. The pair is busy crafting updates to the menu, although the focus will remain on steaks. With its large, comfortable booths and soft lighting, along with entertainment, the restaurant has great bones. The wine list is approachable, with most bottles priced below $50.
