Although each Chin Chin is owned by different individuals, and operates with a basic menu, each may customize some of its dishes to suit local tastes. The Peachtree City Chin Chin is known for its Mongolian Triple, a combination of beef, shrimp and chicken, as well as the Chin Chin Double featuring filet mignon and golden crispy prawns with black pepper sauce. Good for sharing are the hot appetizers, including the salt-and-pepper calamari and the soft-shell crabs. The cold noodles with hot sesame sauce make a lively counterpoint to more mild dishes, adding another dimension to a meal. While much of the menu is typical of Chinese American fare, with kung pao this and that or moo shu (name your filling), dishes seem singularly well prepared.
