| Yuppie dim-sum mania was born at this modern, noisy and always jammed sidewalk café. Though the quality can be inconsistent, the food can be delicious: Max's noodle soup, good Chinese chicken and noodle salads, plump potstickers and comforting bao buns, crisp spring rolls and succulent roasted Hunan chicken.
