THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED I-Chin Restaurant Review

: The trendy décor extends to the innovative plates and presents a quick passage through the sub-continent. Chef Vik Lulla has imported Indian-Chinese recipes and added Asian flare to reveal a grand fusion of cultures. Crispy spiced okra with a citrus-infused dipping sauce, chili chicken steamed in banana leaves and paneer dumplings---Indian cottage cheese---in a tangy Manchurian sauce prime the palate for an onslaught of Asian flavors. Lulla’s moist lamb chops glazed with tamarind surpass the rest of the menu. Lotus-wrapped noodles and fried rice decked with seafood leaves you begging for the delicate, herb-infused cocktails. Favorites like crackling spinach, and coconut-spiced mushrooms and mustard sauce over crispy bass delight vegetarians and seafood lovers. Desserts include Assam tea, rose petal-infused ice cream, and moist walnut-date pancakes. The wine list, though limited, is ample.
