China Dumpling Restaurant Restaurant Review: Through a window to the kitchen, watch China Dumpling's culinary artisans wok their wonders on shrimp with lobster sauce or stir-fried beef with broccoli in a heavenly garlic sauce. However, true to its name, dumplings and dim sum rule the roost here. Make a meal of steamed shu mai (filled with shrimp, pork or vegetables) and pot stickers served in a bamboo steamer basket. An excellent entrée: the large batter-coated prawns that are crisply fried and served with a delicate, creamy sauce and accompanied by honey-glazed walnuts. |
