Chinese food by geniuses. Dorothea Wu is the only grandniece of General Chiang Kai-shek. Her husband Felix is a former nuclear scientist and son Albert holds a variety of degrees from academic and culinary colleges. As expected, the food is pretty smart, too: Try the Stone Forest Chow Fun---shredded chicken in a piquant peanut-and-garlic sauce spangled with cilantro.
