THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED China Jade Mongolian Grill Restaurant Review

: China Jade is not your typical Chinese buffet. And it’s all because of the barbecue. Not of the backyard sorts, but a Mongolian grill. This large cooking surface is the basis for their popular Mongolian Barbecue. The concept is simple: grab an empty bowl and fill it with your choice of raw meats, vegetables and sauces before handing it to the chef who stir-fries it on the grill. The result is wonderful and fresh. There are several meats, including beef, chicken and pork, sliced razor thin. The vegetable selection varies, but usually includes broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, celery and onions. Those who don’t want to forgo the typical bright-orange, sweet-and-sour sauce buffet fare will find plenty of old standbys including sesame chicken, fried rice, egg rolls and teriyaki chicken. Your meal includes a salad bar, the Chinese buffet, the Mongolian barbecue, desserts and an ice-cream bar. The dinner buffet includes several seafood items, including crab legs. Don’t come unless you’re hungry... very hungry.
