From eels and blue crabs to lobsters and jumbo oysters, half the fun of a trip to Chinatown in Orlando’s Little Vietnam district is picking your entrée from the tanks in the little market that adjoins the small dining room. The friendly staff will help, and then the chef will create a special dish just for you, from simple steamed clams to an elaborate Chilean sea bass or crisp salt-and-pepper shrimp. You may prefer one of the poultry, beef or pork entrées. Roasted duck and pork hangs inside the front window, and they’re happy to offer you a nibble while you wait for take-out. Appetizers are so-so, spring rolls, pan-fried dumplings and such. You may want to call ahead to see what’s left in the tanks.
