| Chipotle’s huge burritos are stuffed with quality ingredients, from nicely charred steak and marinated chicken breast to barbacoa, a shredded Mexican barbecue. Go veggie with black beans and meat-free options. The gut-busting burritos, wrapped in foil, are then packed with lime-and-cilantro rice, your choice of salsas, which zigzag from a mild pico di gallo to a raging hot tomatillo, and extras like sour cream, cheese or guacamole. The final product is a two-fisted wonder that can sail your stomach through both lunch and dinner. Chipotle also serves a trio of crunchy or soft tacos, salads and fajita burritos that come with grilled peppers and red onions. Wash it all back with a margarita or a Mexican beer. Note: Some locations take fax orders, helping you skip the often-long lunchtime lines. |
