| It’s the wraps. They have made the locally founded Chipotle so popular that fast food giant McDonalds has now invested. What makes these wraps so special? They are filled, like pizza-sized burritos, with such tasty offerings as nicely charred steak and marinated chicken breast to barbacoa, a shredded Mexican barbecue. Vegetarians go for the black beans and meat-free options. Besides, you’ll get the house lime-and-cilantro rice, one of a trio of mild-to-raging salsas, sour cream, guacamole and other delights. The final product is a delicious two-fisted wonder that can cover both lunch & dinner. Chipotle also serves crunchy tacos and fajita burritos that come with grilled peppers and red onions. Wash it all back with a quick margarita or a Mexican beer. |
