| You'll find honest-to-goodness New York deli food at this perpetually packed, often noisy joint that's operated by refugees from Brooklyn (with the brusque service to prove it). The menu features fat deli sandwiches, lox, pickled herring, brisket, kishka, knish, homemade cream cheeses and over 20 varieties of bagels. Bring along your newspaper and a little New York attitude, and settle in for Big Apple baked goods like rugelach and babka. It seems un-deli-like, but perhaps as a compromise to those looking for healthier options, the restaurant offers low-carb bagels and breads. |
