Do not, under any circumstances, settle for one of the Americanized Chinese imitations that litter Denver’s trendy neighborhoods when you can feast like a king and pay like a pauper at this exotic and authentic Chinese emporium. The brimming bowl of hot-and-sour soup alone is worth the price of admission, but everything here, including the soupy pork dumplings that dribble juices, seafood hot pots bobbing with scallops, mussels and shrimp, and fried string beans elevates the ordinary. Hot tea is delivered to the table within minutes of sitting down, although the spicy dishes are better paired with a Chinese beer, of which there are many.
