Chumley's is the historic (and former) speakeasy pub in the West Village, and after nearly a decade, it’s back. Restaurateur Alessandro Borgognone of Sushi Nakazawa and chef Victoria Blamey will serve creative takes on classic cocktails and upscale bar food, like a burger with bone marrow and beef tartare with hazelnuts.
