The secret-recipe fajitas are the dish that gave Chuy Arzola's a reputation. They arrive sizzling with the usual accompaniments, including guacamole and pico de gallo. The closing of Chuy’s original Dogtown location was bemoaned right up until its incarnation opened near the Saint Louis University campus. Now fans can get their fix of fresh Gulf shrimp fajitas with garlic, onion, poblano and chipotle chile “mojo,” or they can go a more standard Tex-Mex route with chimichangas, tacos, burritos and enchiladas.
