Chuy's Restaurant Review:

A Tex-Mex eatery from Texas, Chuy’s is making its name in the DC metro area with several locations. Its Sterling restaurant is so family-friendly that kids rule. And no wonder: the kitchen puts out a tempting menu for them that includes grilled tortillas filled with cheese and mini burritos. But if you have an adult palate, you cannot go wrong with any of the appetizers (get the guacamole) or the tacos, enchiladas and several standard entrées. To keep it really south-of-the-border, try the chiles rellenos or the steak burrito. Note that all flour tortillas are freshly made and hand-rolled. Drinks include margaritas, Texas martinis and sangrías, as well as milkshakes for the kids. Happy hours take place each weekday.
