Ciao-Thyme Bistro Restaurant Review

: With its emphasis on farm-fresh local ingredients, this family-run, casual restaurant, managed by chef Ryan Liebrecht and his wife Sally, keeps locals and visitors coming back for more. Breakfast favorites include enticing cinnamon-pecan pinwheels and free-range fried egg sandwiches with aged cheddar and bacon on a toasted granola bun. Lunch-goers may opt for the roasted carrot and Brie soup and variety of organic salads, while signature dinner dishes include wild British Columbia sockeye salmon, duck three ways, and braised beef short ribs. A slice of fresh-baked traditional apple pie with house-churned vanilla bean ice cream is a must for dessert. BC wines and beers dominate the ample beverage list.
