Classic French comfort food favorites include pâté du jour, sweetbreads, beef bourguignon and lamb cassoulet. For dessert, there’s tarte Tatin with homemade cinnamon ice cream, frozen vacherin or roasted hazelnut crème brûlée. But the real highlights include the daily chalkboard selections, showcasing whatever market-fresh ingredients strike Paparella’s fancy.
