The menu tours Southeast Asia by way of enormous bowls of noodles at bargain prices. Start with saké martinis and the addictive wasabi-roasted peas. Minty rice noodle-wrapped spring rolls compete for attention with the sparkling salad of bitter greens and shiitake mushrooms. The Vietnamese-inspired chicken soup has a subtle flavor that is paired with slippery rice and chopped vegetables. A sweet and sour soup loaded up with chicken, lemongrass and ginger gets its richness from a shot of coconut milk. |
