Claim Jumper Restaurant Review: Claim Jumpers’ large, lodge-like space is decorated with log walls, river rocks, corrugated tin and fireplaces. Part of a national chain, it is well known for over-the-top portions and an extensive, something-for-everyone menu. Signature dishes include a roasted tri-tip and shrimp combo, a baby-back ribs and rotisserie chicken combo, and a chop salad topped with ground steak. The 26-ounce prime rib or the equally weighty porterhouse steak will delight carnivores. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. All entrées include soup, salad, a starch and bread. For dessert, share a huge slice of the six-layer Chocolate Motherlode Cake. |
