| Clyde's has long been the favored spot among Columbia professionals for after-work partying. When the bar scene overheats, the action moves to tables in view of the community's man-made Lake Kittamaqundi for all-American fare---Chesapeake Bay rockfish, grilled pork chop with apple and raisin cornbread stuffing, herb-roasted half chicken, filet béarnaise on an English muffin, and a juicy bison burger. It's comfort food, well turned out and in generous portions. A light fare menu picks up after 10 p.m. or so. |
