| Clyde's has long been the favored spot among Columbia professionals for after-work partying. When the bar scene overheats, the action moves to tables in view of the community's man-made Lake Kittamaqundi for all-American fare---seared tuna “martini,” filet béarnaise on an English muffin, roast chicken and sweet potato gnocchi, and a Santa Fe burger with charred tomato salsa. It's comfort food, well turned out and in generous portions. A light fare menu picks up after 10 p.m. or so. |
