Coastal Kitchen Restaurant Review: This Capitol Hill restaurant draws crowds seeking comfort fare and seafood from Pacific Northwest waters. Cod fish ‘n’ chips and pan-fried rockfish (no farmed fin fish are allowed to swim on the menu) are served alongside oven-roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, pasta dishes, and spicy center-cut pork chops. "Two buck shucks" are served at the oyster bar from 3 p.m. till closing. Quarterly theme menus focus on coastal regions around the world, such as Tunisia, Jamaica, Peru and Rome. Breakfast is available all day. A full bar ensures everyone stays happy, while big, homey desserts provide a satisfying splurge at meal's end.
