THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cocina Cuzco Restaurant Review:

This colorful Peruvian storefront boasts brightly lit murals, an inviting welcome, and the best roast chicken in the East Village, bar none. Though the owners are Asian, they have managed to re-create one of Peru’s classic dishes, succulent rotisserie roasted chicken rubbed with fragrant spices, to perfection. Best of all, a whole plump bird costs less than ten bucks. The menu also does admirably well with Peru’s other signature dishes, seven to choose from, including the viagra, a mixture of shellfish with onions marinated in lime juice and soy sauce. There is an assortment of other goodies from roast pork to red snapper, which are all good, but not one rivals the chicken. And we never thought chicken would inspire our devotion.
