All of the reds, golds and dragons of Fury have burned away from this nightclub near the airport to reveal a restaurant lounge concept. Proprietor Moe Ghazi, who is the creator behind similar hot-spots like Mosun and Tentation, has created an über-sophisticated space with dark wood floors, flexible chocolate brown leather seating and sexy neon bar. Fortunately, the cuisine is as topnotch as the décor. Chef Christian Felippa prepares simple, rustic dishes using the finest ingredients, even down to the condiments. Some of chef Felippa's dishes are taken from his other restaurant-lounge concepts, such as the halibut sashimi, which comes topped with a specialty sea salt and a refreshing lime yuzu sauce. The long list of sushi rolls is tempting, but don't overlook more savory choices such as the seared Maine scallops with earthy and nicely caramelized wild mushrooms and onions. Meat lovers enjoy the tender filet mignon, which comes with smoky lardons, blue cheese potato hash and a bordelaise sauce. Pastry chef Peyman Rasi thrills with his lemony and light-as-air fromage and fresh strawberry tarte. On Thursday through Saturday evenings, hipsters can dance to DJs spinning tunes and still order up bites from the kitchen until closing.
