Cofax, Los Angeles, CA

Cofax Restaurant Review

: Partners Jason Bernstein and James Starr, proprietors of Golden State, are behind Cofax a few doors down in a former kosher meat market on Fairfax Avenue. Cofax brews beans from Stumptown and also features guest roasters. The iced horchata lattes are not made to order, so they turn out watery. Draft and bottled kombucha is available, too. Fortify yourself for the day with house-made donuts or the breakfast burrito (chorizo or veggie), which is rightfully considered one of the best in town.
