The Coffee Shop Restaurant Review: With two large bars, lots of '50s Formica and leatherette, and no shortage of models and poseurs, this Union Square destination is a coffee shop with attitude. Lots of it to be precise---mostly from the model-lite waitstaff. The menu has a loose Brazilian theme and features such dishes as coconut-crisped shrimp, fajitas Rio style, and codfish braised in coconut milk---until the wee hours. |
