| This exclusive bar-within-a-bar features the fresh, hand-crafted libations of mixologist Derek Brown. The cocktails are composed with the bar's own cordials, bitters and tinctures, hand-carved ice and high-quality spirits. Reservations are suggested at the Columbia Room, as it is only open three nights a week – Thursday, Friday and Saturday – and they only accept a limited number of walk-ins based on availability. |
