| Located next to the Scioto Audubon, Columbus Brewing Company has an imaginative and lively décor, with galvanized steel, tile and other contemporary materials. The menu, which is sprinkled with barbecued and Cajun items, also includes seasonal traditional American dishes. Main courses are paired with the company’s beers; for example, the jambalaya (tiger shrimp, salmon, andouille sausage, roasted red peppers and spinach in a spicy roma tomato sauce) is a good match with the pale ale. We also recommend the house-made fennel sausage wood-fired pizza. Stop by for happy hour (5 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday) and grab an appetizer for $5 and a discounted hand-crafted pint. On Mondays, CBC offers a vegan special during dinner hours. |
