THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Confete Restaurant Review:
The latest creation of the Prado family, (of Cava and Cha Cha Cha fame), adds a Latino flare to West Hollywoods already flamboyant Santa Monica Blvd. The interior design proves deco is hot, with walls and mobiles in a vibrant array of reds and purples. The cuisine is equally spirited, specialties include guava and goat cheese quesadillas and steak blackened with a secret blend of spices. Bypass the uninspired wine selection and pair your meals bold flavors with something from the multi-page drinks list. (Happy hour is a featured event, with both drink and food specials.) The dessert selection is limited, usually only two or three items. We recommend the apple tart, more rustic than a tarte Tatin, but equally buttery and caramel rich.
