THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Cooper's Brick Oven Wine Bar Restaurant Review: Cooper's, the stylish gourmet wine bar that now shares not only space, but a kitchen and a menu with the fine-dining restaurant Jake's, focuses on locally-sourced, organic ingredients for its eclectic offerings. Entrées include porcini-dusted rib-eye and seasonal seafood stew along with brick-oven pizzas with innovative toppings. More than 25 wines by the glass is another draw, along with tasty --- and well-priced --- salads and daily specials, and a nice selection of local cheeses. Seating is first-come, first-served and the place gets crowded with a demanding clientele of Main Liners not happy about waiting for a table. If that's bothersome, make a reservation at Jake's where the ambience is more reserved, but Cooper's menu is also available.
