Copper Canyon Restaurant Review: The food is creative Southwestern, equal parts spicy, smoky, sweet and sultry. Try the panko-coated imperial lump crab cake with chipotle chile salsa, or the tuna carpaccio dressed with ginger and Dijon mustard sauce. Ask about degrees of hotness, some dishes are quite fiery.
