Coretta Restaurant Review

: In the heart of a new eco-quarter in the 17th arrondissement, this gourmet restaurant boasts a contemporary setting as well as a quiet terrace to soak up the sun during summer. Chefs Jean-François Pantaleon, formerly at Apicius, and Beatriz Gonzalez, the Mexico native who presides over Neva, are in charge of the menu. Expect finely presented dishes, astute flavor combinations and impeccable dressings. For a quick bite, stop at the bar to nibble on tapas like sardines or fried pork foot. For a more substantial meal, enjoy green asparagus with Colonnata bacon, capers and lemon-flavored biscuit; cod with baby artichokes, fennel, broccoli and coriander moss; and a strawberry cream cake with vanilla mousseline and strawberry sherbet. Interesting array of organic wines and tasty Brazilian espresso served with mini rum babas.
