Cornerstone Bar and Grill Restaurant Review: Housed in Ketchum’s only building listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, Cornerstone Bar and Grill has three levels where diners can enjoy their meal and drinks: the basement, where the "Mafia Table" may be reserved for private parties; the main floor bar with a smattering of tables; and upstairs in the "Skybox" dining room. Appetizers range from hearty quinoa fritters to buttery Dungeness crab beignets. Entrées change seasonally, so in winter you may encounter tender buffalo rib-eye encrusted with cocoa nibs and coffee, a stacked “CBG” elk burger layered with Stilton and onion confit, classic cioppino, and moist grilled wild salmon paired with a lobster Pernod sauce. Round out the experience with a handcrafted cocktail, perhaps a Frisco Sour, or a glass of vino. Nightly drink specials including corkage-free Sundays and Mondays, and 2-for-1 Wednesdays and Thursdays draw fans to this Sun Valley favorite.
