It's full of go-getters for breakfast in the mornings, fills up again at lunchtime for the brasserie and grill-based menu, then heaves after office hours with young Turks making millions in Docklands and drinking the profits. The décor is bright and open with a huge bar dominating one side. There's only a bar menu in the evenings, but plenty else: satellite TV and big screens, tastings, a barbecue in summer and lashings of good wine on offer. Corney & Barrow are City and Docklands based, and started as a wine merchant in 1780.
