Cosi Restaurant Review: Think Dean & Deluca meets Subway. Inspired by Così in Paris, Così's concept is unbeatable: mix and match one, two or three ingredients for a stuffed sandwich made with Italian flatbread, freshly baked in a wood-burning forno. Così's choices range from West Indian curried chicken to roasted portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions and fresh basil. Ask for a dollop or two (portions are huge) of sun-dried tomato, crème fraîche, spinach-artichoke or cucumber tzatziki spread. Così begins serving up coffee drinks and muffins starting at 7 a.m. |
