Here’s where the fun begins: check off your choice of patty (beef, turkey, chicken, vegan or special market selection), size, toppings, sauce and bun to create your bespoke burger. Want soft ripened Brie or horseradish cheddar on your one-pound creation? What about dried cranberries or house-made guacamole? But even before you wrap your mouth around your juicy burger, start off with the fried dill pickle chips, onion rings or sweet potato fries. For vegetarians, there’s the “hobo pack,” an assortment of fresh vegetables topped with herbs, and a veggie burger with spicy sour cream sauce.
