The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar Restaurant Review: Brightly designed with custom artwork, The Cowfish has a 600-gallon aquarium that’s home to live cowfish as its centerpiece. Appetizers re-create such Asian standards as crab Rangoon and moo shu lettuce wraps with chicken or tofu in portions made for sharing. Better to go for the blackened ahi nachos for starters. A sushi bar with computer monitors lets you build your own sushi rolls. The star of the menu is the burger-sushi fusion section, with “Burgushi” options that marry typical burger components with non-traditional ingredients served sushi style. Can’t decide? Try a bento box featuring both burger and sushi. Don’t miss the apple pie wontons, flash fried and served with sweet caramel dipping sauce. The Cowfish offers an array of craft beers, wines by the glass and interesting signature cocktails. Need a lift? Call and send for The Cowfish bus at no charge; just remember to tip the driver. |
