With its kitschy beach party décor and corporate feel, we were a bit unprepared for the relatively high quality seafood---served up in big portions---here at Bob’s. The menu, which changes daily, is filled with a wide variety of purportedly fresh seafood. Fish is offered in one of four cooking styles: brushed with citrus butter and grilled, basted with green Tobasco and dill flour and pan-broiled, blackened Cajun-style, or grilled with a Hawaiian marinade. Popular items include salmon, halibut, mahi mahi, thresher shark, red snapper, and, of course, crab in conspicuous abundance---steamed, cooked with garlic and ginger, or spicy flash fried. You’ll also find respectable fish tacos and some of the best garlic-cheese bread in town. Other locations.
