This is the first Florida outpost for the Minnesota chain, and they picked a prime location just minutes from the flashy Mall at Millenia. A busy sushi bar at the back crafts sashimi (try the yellowtail jalapeño sashimi starter), nigiri and more than two dozen kinds of generous rolls that are the best items on the menu. One of our favorites is the Fire roll with shrimp tempura and spicy salmon. There are hits and misses on the diverse menu that focuses on New American creations with an Asian overlay. The non-traditional Caesar salad had a somewhat random Southwestern flavor with its warm, cumin-laced dressing; calamari was chewy and so-so. But standouts include spaghetti al fresco with tender fresh pasta with plenty of fresh tomatoes and basil, and the rib-eye steak, which comes piled with crunchy potato shoestrings and a side of tender grilled asparagus and a sprinkling of salty blue cheese. The outdoor patio has a view of the parking lot, but on a nice evening, it’s the place to sip a cocktail and order some sushi or appetizers to share.

What a great find! I am a total foodie so I couldn't wait to stop in and try it out. Last week I stopped in after work with a group of my coworkers for their happy hour specials. We were extremely pleased with the variety of appetizer and drink options. The bar has a great upscale, metropolitan feel, without the hustle and bustle of a usual bar. I definitely know where we'll be headed for our next outing
