 Cravings offers bountiful displays of attractively presented fare in a spacious setting where a colorful striped carpet, gleaming brass, copper, stainless steel and marble lend a cheerful ambience. At the salad bar, mixed greens and romaine hearts are tossed to order with an array of toppings and choice of dressings. At the Raw Bar are mounds of shrimp, crab legs and ceviche, plus platters of smoked salmon. Seafood entrées include mussels in wine, cioppino and steamed tilapia with coconut rice. Among specialties from the Latin kitchen are chicken enchiladas and fajitas; displayed at the Italian station are minestrone, pizzas and lamb osso buco. At the carving station, chefs slice prime rib, roast turkey and bacon-wrapped pork loin to order. Try the Chinese station's hot-and-sour soup, bok choy and black bean chicken with celery and carrots.
